Carla Billey is a passion driven real estate agent and property management expert who prides herself in delivering outstanding service to her clients in the Capital Region and beyond. 

Committed to providing exceptional customer service, Carla and her team are known for always keeping open and honest communication flowing and handling every detail to ensure clients can have peace of mind knowing that the job is done right the first time. Her clients say they feel like an overwhelming weight has been lifted off of their shoulders. Carla understands property management can be overwhelming and shares a commitment with her team to provide top-notch client service. This approach makes her one of Albany’s premier resources for luxury real estate and top notch property management. 

Carla’s enthusiasm for helping others and providing stellar service truly runs in her blood. Carla grew up in a family of real estate investors and agents. At the mere age of 16, she cut her teeth working at her family’s Brooklyn Real Estate Firm, up until graduating with a Master’s Degree from SUNY Albany. Before officially becoming a licensed real estate agent, Carla worked as a Social Worker and licensed clinical therapist in the healthcare industry. As a Social Worker, Carla helps to provide resources for families facing obstacles; helping them advance to the next phase in their life. This very enthusiasm is what motivates her to connect with property owners, buyers and sellers; exceeding their expectations in the process. 

When she is not assisting her real estate clients, she enjoys spending time with her son, listening to Caribbean music, traveling internationally, and meeting friends for dinner.
